I’m a subscriber of this service since it was launched. I wanna say that, “We Care” is a priceless service if you’re residing overseas or far from your parents. Nothing to worry about there healthcare needs. “We Care” staff keeps all the health records and clinic dates. As well as they provide transportation services for your clinics, doctor visits and pharmacy needs. Highly recommend this service for everyone who is looking after their parents from overseas. This is a most awaited service in SriLanka. Especially when we have to migrate while leaving our parents and loved ones we cannot have a peace of mind thinking what to do or who to contact during an illness of a parent. "WeCare" service provids basic and important services like doing basic monitoring, investigations at home, delivering medications and also doctor visits when needed. This service is the best support I've ever had, coz family is everything for me. I was really upset to leave my parents alone in Sri Lanka, because I will not be able to lookafter or monitor their health properly, when I'm not close to them. But, "We care" service took the responsibility of my biggest burden. They monitor my parent's health , visit them and deliver medications when they need, and they update me about my parent's health. Now, with this service I don't have to worry about someone to takecare of them, if they are admitted to hospital, coz they provide caregivers when  need. This service is the best service for the people who work abroad.

Let me share my experience briefly,

I recently got to know my mother is suffering from an eye-sight problem. But she refused to say anything. At that time, I got to know about this WeCare medical services platform from a 

Friend. So, I enrolled for one of their subscriptions and received the support for my mother's medical condition. Wecare directed my mother to an eye Surgeon and he decided that she need an eye surgery. That is something I didn’t expect and so couldn’t take any vacation to come back home. Thankfully, Wecare arranged everything for me. They were there from the beginning until full recovery including accompanying doctor visits, medicine delivery, and providing care takers. Another important thing is they sent me updates via Whatsapp including doctor’s reports throughout process.

From the 1st day that i have been away from home at Australia. My main worry was about my parents health condition. My mother  needed constant monitoring and followup. I always had to call and arrange one of my family members to go to my mother and take her to a doctor each time she needs monitoring.

It's always good to know you have someone you can trust your parents with.

 Since I've moved to Australia and my parents health  has always been a concern in my mind. My mother's suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.
